What Santi Wore: That’s my Jam

YOU wouldn’t believe how happy I was to dress Santi in this outfit last weekend. It might not look like much, but the romper has a bit of a back story.

Early last summer I decided to venture away from Zara for once (I know … Madness) and took the plunge with online shopping for Santi. I’m fine shopping online for myself, but baby and toddler clothes vary so much in size that I didn’t want to risk spending more than usual on something that might not fit.

Anyway, as soon as I saw this Sweet Luka Mo romper on Cissy Wears I had to buy it. I went for a size up so I wouldn’t end up paying to send it back (which was a good idea as it is quite small fitting) and I loved it as soon as it arrived.

I kind of hung onto it for our cruise so Santi would have something new to wear, and he only wore it once or twice more before it just vanished! I honestly have no idea where it went, and I admit I was gutted (and have brought it up on more than one occasion).

Then last week someone I follow on Instagram was selling it in Santi’s size … So here we are with that’s my jam romper number two!

I put a long sleeved top under it and a denim shirt over the top for some extra layers as its a fairly thin cotton, and paired it with Santi’s little Lacoste shoes.

Romper, Sweet Luka Mo; shirt, H&M; vest, M&S; shoes, Shuh

And here he is wearing it … With the addition of my current favourite hat!

Not looking too happy with my constant photo-taking!

And here he is in the original romper!

  1. What a super cool kid! I’ve never bought rompers for my son like this but I’ve seen a Hogwarts one that I really want. Love how you’ve put a long sleeved tops under and then a denim jacket over it. #WeekendTotStyle

  2. Aw I’m in love with that jam romper! How awesome is that? And it was fate that you found another one in his size! I hate it when I lose any favourite bits from Little I’s wardrobe – she’s bad for losing a shoe when we’re out! I love how you’ve styled it with the denim shirt, shoes and hat ?? Thanks so much for linking up with us, hope you’ve had a great Easter weekend! #weekendtotstyle
